Wholesale Operator Services based on Nortel Network’s
RLT 7134 Feature
Bell Canada announces that Wholesale Operator Services 0+ and Call
Completion will be offered to customers who support Nortel Networks’
Release Link Trunk RLT 7134 feature utilizing UCS on the ISUP
interconnection trunks. These services with use of CCS7 signaling will
permit the call to be released back to the originating carrier (wholesale
customer) for the call to be completed on their network. This service is
for toll and local call completion and sent paid only. A trial will occur
during IVQTR2000. Subject to market demand and technical viability, these
Wholesale Operator Services are expected to be available during IIQTR
2001.
